Item was shipped as stated by Pearl Paradise. FedEx did not live up to their end very well - 4 days longer than their own prediction.

Packing was very nice and luxury

easy process, shipping delay due to weather, but the packaging was beautiful and they had verfication papers and everything.

Beautiful bracelet! I do wish the time arrived on time, but understand the circumstances.
