My order was originally 2 of the twin moon soulmate charm bracelets for my sweetheart and myself for our anniversary and I got the Tri-mare necklace for my Mom for her bday. When I received the order, I had received all necklaces. After speaking with customer service, they sent me the proper bracelets and engraved them for me which more than made up for the inconvenience on our anniversary. I will definitely be ordering again in the future. The package is pretty enough to serve as a gift bag and the shipping was free.
