I ordered the wedding band replacement as my hands have got bigger over the years. The first ring I received was scratched, chipped and wasn’t polished. I called the customer service and they were very helpful and the new ring was with me within a couple of days with it in pristine condition and a return label for the damaged ring. I would recommend this company as the customer service was outstanding and it makes a pleasant change to having to did with AI.
