The process that I took with Jean Dousset was exceptional. Because my experience was split into two "parts" (I had to send back the ring due to a minor error, and was able to better deliver on the final product), I have two different advisors. To Dylan - Dylan was kind, empathetic, and did a great job easing my worries around the process of an engagement. You only have one chance to get this right, and he empowered me to think through this with intention and care. He was communicative and helpful when I went into the SOHO office. To Jane - As hinted before, while my first ring was great, I had a minor issue with the band, and ended up not only being able to remake the ring, but shift to a different style while adding a few customizations. Jane not only facilitated this process for me wonderfully, but she was timely in her communications. She was a true advocate and it certainly paid off. Although I never met her in person, it was so easy to work with her and deeply appreciate her work on my behalf. Overall, I can't say enough good things about the team, craftsmanship and process. Thank you all!

The team at Jean Dousset SoHo was amazing through the whole process. Kristy worked with me for a few months finding the right setting and diamond. The finished ring is gorgeous and expertly crafted. I cannot recommend JD enough.
