I had ordered this item to be delivered. It was to be on October 14th. Instead on that day I received an email saying James Avery had received this package as a return. What! No No No. It was never delivered but in turn it had been sent back. The earrings were a gift for an occasion on October 15th, so that was a little disappointing. I called the number on the email and explained the problem immediately (about 5 in the afternoon). The representative said as soon as they received it that they would send it back again to a P.O. Box address instead. When ordering it originally, I had put a P.O. Box Address, it would not accept it as a valid answer. So maybe something can be looked into concerning that?

It would be very helpful

It would be very helpful to put the receipt with the shipping included with the package. I got expedited shipping, and I am not sure why. i did not sign up for it , and hope I was not charged for it. Now I will have to wait for my billing statement, or call my credit card company. otherwise, everything was perfect.

Did not receive my package even through I placed for a signature drop off.

Disappointed

I ordered this item to be engraved. It arrived and was not. This was a gift and now I can't give it because I have to take it back. The receipt even has the engraving information but no engraving was done.
