I don’t exactly remember how these options were suggested during the checkout process, but they added a thoughtful and personal touch to the orders. It’s a great idea to offer these kinds of customization options, as they make the shopping experience feel more special and personalized. In short I like your brand tone and voice and it is not changing throughout the webpage journey.
