I've ordered repeatedly from Angara. In most instances they have been very easy to work with and it has been easy to return items I don't like. I did have trouble once when I was trying to order a non-standard chain. I am sorry to say it, but the customer service person was an idiot. He kept trying to tell me that if I order a 17 inch chain (instead of an even number) the pendant is not going to hang evenly in the front. He had some kind of basic misunderstanding of gravity. He was very insistent he wouldn't send what I had been promised by another customer service person. It all worked out, but it was a hassle. Otherwise, I do like working with Angara and my repeat purchases show it.

The shipment arrived on time. Super secured! RECOMMENDED!

This necklace was even more beautiful than I expected, My wife is more than happy with it!!
