American West Jewelry

I have bought American West jewelry for well over 25 years and have always had a great experience and it was easy to get questions answered. Now there seems to be in place a different way of returning an item you want returned/refunded. Now you have to submit a request to return it, wait for American West to send you a return label and then mail the item back. This can take up to 2 -3 weeks depending on how fast the request is processed and the post office gets it trough the system. I recently submitted a request ( January 3, 2026 and have not yet received an answer as of today January 8, 2026 on the status) and I am still waiting on a decision and hopefully a return label. This was NOT an item that was labeled final sale.
