The ring was gorgeous and being able to say “no Musks were benefited in the making of this ring” was important to both of us. I had a great experience working with Naomi at the Philadelphia store. It was easy to setup an initial appointment online. Naomi was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable during our first visit. She patiently and kindly answered all of our questions and allowed me to try things on to my heart's desire. Her follow-ups via e-mail were always timely and informative. When it came time to place the actual order, she made sure to have various options of the stone of interest available for me to choose from.
