They are beautiful, high-quality earrings. I did not keep them. The thing I need to rave about is the excellent customer service when I had an issue with FedEx losing my return. I was able to reach customer service quickly. Blake was responsive and solved the issue immediately. They are filing a claim with FedEx and at the same time issuing my credit. It was my first purchase direct from Movado, but it won't be my last. Thank you!

I had been considering a new watch and doing the research. I had a friend and co-worker who both said to consider the Mavado brand. Mavado has a nice website and is easy to narrow down the selection to what I was wanting. Appreciate the ease in buying and the quick delivery.
