Ordered a ring and requested some customization during checkout, and it shipped on time. I contacted customer support about 5 times with various requests, questions, and concerns, and they were incredibly fast to respond every time with detailed answers that were not preconceived. (I'm always impressed when a human responds with clear and concise answers.) I had been looking for an anniversary ring for YEARS, and it came out even better than I could have imagined. I shopped nearly every online ring business out there, and decided to go with RockHer given our budget, and the final product was much nicer than more expensive online rings I'd shopped. I had concerns that the side diamonds would be too small based on the pictures, but they proportioned them perfectly and the ring is amazing. I would not hesitate to buy another piece of jewelry from them again given this experience.

The website was easy to use. Very informative. Tons of diamonds and settings to choose from to fit every budget. Great price. Went with a 2.32 carat round IF near flawless lab grown diamond, D clear color, clear clarity, 95% cut score, absolutely stunning diamond and in Jessie 14k white gold setting. I couldn't be happier with purchase and she said yes so it was a success. See pictures. I am a real customer and did not get paid to post this review.

Customer service was great, I'm very inpatient but they answered every single time which I appreciate a lot!!! Then my diamond it took exactly 12 business days to be delivered as they promised and IT'S BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!! I'm absolutely in love with it!! And the price was absolutely amazing for an almost 3.2ct D VS1 we couldn't find that price nowhere else also we bought it on black friday sale then I did some research about my diamod and it's worth almost $6000 we pay way less than that.
