These pans are so amazing and versatile, they were able to easily replace a huge cookware set. The quality is incredible and they are definitely buy it for life. It is a pleasure to use them just about every time I cook now, and they never leave the stove top.

The Duo is fantastic. Super heavy duty and large enough for most anything you need to cook. I bought the carbon steel duo for my travel trailer because I wanted to cut down on the amount of pots and pans I needed and this set is extremely versatile. I haven't yet, but I love that I can use the carbon steel pan on a campfire if I need to. It is a great alternative to cast iron, which is what I primarily use in my home kitchen. I am very happy with this set, but I am still a little confused as to why they are quite so expensive. I guess I'll find out if they last a lifetime though.

I’ve never been a chef and my friends always joke that I ‘combine foods’ rather than cook a meal. During the first month of COVID I moved into my own apartment and invested in the carbon steal duo. It was important to me to support a local, sustainable company - and the practical design for 2-pans that do everything was essential because of my limited storage space. Intentionally choosing to invest in the Proclamation Duo helped to motivate me to figure out how to cook/use them - I’m too frugal to spend money and then let the pans sit unused. Over time, I figured out how to cook several meals and I proudly posted them to my social media to shock all who know me. The positive reinforcement I get from others when I post pictures of my cat sharing the meal further incentives me to continue cooking. Eight months later I sometimes just make a loaf of bread in the Dutch Oven and have grilled cheese and toast for the week - and other weeks I am still excited to experiment with a new recipe. Now that I’ve been spoiled with high quality cookware and have raised my personal standards, I joke that my parents need to get their own set before I can come home to visit.

Love this set. Great for meal prepping since I can make enough beans and rice for the week. Also big portions of pasta. Feel comfortable and safe using it knowing no chemicals will leach into my food no matter what tools I use. Also love the beautiful packaging it came in! Worth the money!
