This was our second purchase (game table and chairs). Our first purchase was a leather recliner. Don't remember the CR rep's name. Both purchases were handled professionally--------they did what they said they would do. Anita was a pleasure to work with. I was able to convey our requirements for the game table and she presented several options to consider. Delivery was as promised and the furniture condition was what we were expecting. Nice game set.
