Absolutely horrendous experience. I had to call my credit card company to get involved to obtain a refund for a product that was falsely advertised for which I paid $400+. The owner, Gareth, was unprofessional, rude and cares more about getting a good review online than actually taking care of his customers. While he's bribed other people to write positive reviews by offering discounts for future products, I have no interest in doing business with this company again and am therefore willing to provide honest feedback. If you're looking for a plant, do yourself a favour and take your business any where else.
