I was really surprised when he received a call from their customer service dept. Although I’d received my order, it was a day late which really wasn’t an issue. They went ahead and refunded my delivery charge even though I hadn’t realised it was late (I was receiving deliveries left, right and centre as I was having my bathrooms and hallway redone) Bravo for a great quality product and even better after sales service
