Ordered a Birlea bed frame. Good price and delivered on time. Bed was easy to build with 2 people even for a non-DIY expert. Took an hour or two, but without any stress. The mattress I chose wasn't in stock, so Matthew helped me find an alternative for the same price. Haven't slept on it yet, but hugely reassured by the fact I can return the mattress if it isn't right for me (provided a mattress protector is used). Really lovely to have the personal customer service combined with great prices - a rare combination!
