Overall best customer service online bar none. My husband and I purchased a king latex split mattress after several phone calls to Spindle over the summer. We had been on a search for a new mattress but none had been willing to discuss at length, if they were available to offer phone calls at all. We’d also been to a local retailer, an experience that can best be described as terrible. Kim was very patient and available to answer endless questions I had, as the more I researched, the more questions I had. Every aspect of my experience with him at Spindle was a five-star one. There was no sales pressure and he was wiling to discuss all options with me. Finally, he made an excellent recommendation re the firmness options and a date was set for shipping that worked well with our schedule. We are thrilled with our new bed (that included the foundation), concerns we had re assembly turned out to be unfounded and it had been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. We both sleep better on this mattress. I highly recommend this company.

The foundation makes a huge difference in the comfort of the mattress - don't skip this piece. This is our second purchase and we will continue to replace our old mattresses/box springs with Spindle.

I like the soft, but firm feel and comfort, no hot spots like most other mattresses. Will likely buy another one in the near future!

First of all I had trouble with my order, order on line selected the firm mattress thinking I was getting the firm but got two firm and a med. that is not what I wanted. Ordering confusing. Will need to order the firm latex to go with the other 2 firm ones. My husband has a broken back with rods on his spine really need a firm mattress which I thought I was getting. Please give us a price so that we can purchase the firm mattress. Donna Perrey
