The desk itself is excellent — solid surface, ample storage, professional finish. However one corner of the desktop had a small dent that appeared to be packaging damage rather than a manufacturing defect. Sohomod offered a partial refund which was fair. Would shop here again — their post-purchase support was responsive and reasonable.

The dining chairs are genuinely beautiful and very comfortable — we've had long dinner parties and nobody complained of back ache. However, the assembly instructions for the legs had a couple of ambiguous steps that took guesswork. Final result is solid and stable, so no harm done. Still a great purchase.

The estimated delivery was two weeks but it took closer to three. Sohomod kept me updated throughout so I wasn't left guessing, which I appreciated. The bedroom set itself is gorgeous — the wood tones are warm, the drawers are smooth, and the bed is extremely sturdy. Would still recommend, just plan for extra time.

The Natuzzi sofa is everything I hoped for in terms of comfort and design. One of the four legs arrived slightly cross-threaded and took some effort to seat properly. Sohomod support sent a replacement leg promptly and it's been perfect since. Didn't lower my opinion of the brand, just a minor hiccup.

The sofa quality itself is excellent — well-built, comfortable cushions, solid frame. My only gripe is that the "charcoal" in the photos looked more grey-blue on my monitor but arrived as a true warm charcoal. I actually prefer it now, but I'd recommend ordering fabric swatches first. Would buy from Sohomod again.
