My initial call with Todd (sales) was extremely informative. He walked through the entire process of buying one of their beds from purchase to delivery. We spoke several times and he was able to answer all of my questions and was compassionate about the health situation my aunt was in that required a hospital bed. That call was followed up with a call from Mickey who was in charge of the delivery and set up. Mickey called me several times to update me on the progress of the order and the different teams that would be handling it. My aunt was in real need of the bed and Mickey made sure it was on time. The crew that came in to assembly the bed was extremely professional and took great care from beginning to end. The bed itself is outstanding. I cannot say enough about this company, their product and customer service team. I HIGHLY recommend Slumber Source, Todd, Mickey and the assembly team.
