I’m very please and very satisfied with my new Plushbeds. So comfortable even my husband approved. And the service that I received from the customer service agent name Mark is beyond my expectations, I was having a bigger issue than I would think that cannot be resolved. Oh boy, I was completely wrong, and right that same day Mark was able to fix my issues. The packaging we're ordinary and normal, a few of the boxes were dent but no major damage to the contents.... I would definitely recommend the Plushbeds for anyone who can afford it, its a bit pricey but for me, it's worth it. My last set of the mattress cost me more than the Plushbeds and after years of use my back starting to give. I'm 100% happy and satisfied with my new set of Plushbeds. Thank you ”Mark” for your understanding, with a great and very calm attitude and resolving my issues on that day and time when I call the service center. A++++.

Customer service was great. Thanks Claus and Maria! The all latex bed has taken us a few months to get used to, even after adding an extra “soft” latex layer. It’s totally a matter of opinion, but the bed feels a bit firm to us still, as we are both side sleepers. Also—It looks nothing like the picture when you get it set up. Where the pictured mattress appears to be a perfect rectangle with straight edges all around, this bed (when fully assembled) appears more like unevenly stacked books wrapped in a cotton covering. I just drape the sheets over it to hide that part. Overall though—We built a nice frame for it and we think we’ll be happier the longer we sleep on it. It was just kindof a bummer at the beginning but the customer service did relieve us that it takes time to adjust to latex. Thanks again plushbeds!
