Customer service was prompt in responding to my query - unable to help-with my amazon purchase of their product- monkey bar with estimated delivery date of 4 months . seems far fetched. Product bought in amazon uk 3june25 with first delivery 11aug25 then changed to October- I understood the 2months wait but 4months wait for a 7yr old is a stretch. How am I supposed to rate customer service?

The double swing is now erected and we are delighted that it is so substantial. Looks good on our lawn. I would definitely recommend your company and products.

Received the item in a timely fashion. Plum were one of the few companies offering delivery to my area. As a grandparent I have built lots of outdoor play equipment over the years both for my children and now for grandchildren. This was by far the hardest the instructions are poorly written pictures and text don't always match. As a result it took much longer than it should. The design could be simpler and still be sturdy and safe . There were niggly little problems and faults that would put me off buying anything else from plum. All that being said my grandson is enjoying the finished product. He won't be getting a plum climbing frame in his new garden as I have said I won't build another sorry.

Fantastic
