Superb Customer Service. Highly Recommended!

I’ve been using the Vapor Clean Pro6 Duo steamer for some time, and their customer service has been exceptional. Last year, I faced issues with the internal fuse tripping frequently. A customer representative (Sky) promptly provided clear instructions to open the unit and reset the fuse, which resolved the problem. Recently, the issue returned, and I accidentally broke the capillary tube, while the internal fuse and manometer needed replacement due to sediment buildup. I emailed Vapor Clean, and their response was quick, with fast delivery of replacement parts. Their detailed instructions, including how to descale the boiler for maintenance, were easy to follow. This outstanding support has earned my loyalty as a customer. Highly recommend! Thanks Jessica and Vapor Clean!

Best Customer Service

A great buying experience from beginning to end…. including a warranty repair. A customer service representative named Skye helped me choose a machine that best suited my needs (a homeowner, not commercial). She asked me questions about my expected usage and then recommended a great option. The machine arrived quickly and in great shape (excellent packing job!). There was a missing item but Skye took care of that immediately and the missing item arrived in a couple of days. Unfortunately my machine stopped working correctly (due to a failed electrical part) after only a little bit of use. Once again Skye and the customer service team stepped right up and took care of everything with no hassles or unnecessary administrative requirements. I shipped the machine back to them and it was repaired and returned to me in a little more than 1 week. I can’t really make glowing comments about the steam cleaner machine itself because I have used it for only about 30 minutes. But I can definitely rave about the superb customer service both before and after the sale. Great company.

Great customer service. A+

Recently, my vapor clean pro6 duo stopped working. There were no heat and pressure. I sent it an email and I've got a prompt response, the following business day! Skye sent a thorough troubleshooting pdf to reset the fuse inside the unit. I carefully opened it up and voila! My machine works again. I saved a lot of time and money having to pack and ship the unit back and forth. The customer service is what earned a loyal customer !! I won't hesitate to recommend anyone to vapor clean! Thank you again Skye!
