shipping was great. they found the one company that knows what it's doing in upstate new york. the guys came and made my life easier...no moments of chewing my tongue off. here i am referencing the chairs. with white glove, the chairs are here but none of the paper or wrap or junk. i always purchase it, but not all companies are the same. this was great. with all the shortages and difficulties with outdoor furniture now, i was so happy not to have a single issue~!
