I would imaging shipping is a tricky thing with plants especially if it’s any fair distance. Three out of my four shipments have been excellent but my last one, a String of Pearls, did not do as well. Maybe rethinking how to secure plants like these, that are a little more delicate, needs to be looked at. Overall I love the care Lively Root takes to get these plant beauties to us.
