Customer service was very helpful. I received the light fixture that I needed in a few days, and it was reasonably priced.

Ordering online was easy and the price was competitive. The light is beautiful with real wood and black metal. It matches my other light fixtures beautifully. I will definitely be looking to Lighting New York for future lighting needs.

I was confused about assembly, and the rep I talked to cleared up the problem in minutes. I was impressed that the rep had assembly drawings readily available to her and she quickly identified my problem. The call lasted less than 5 minutes.
