We love our latex mattress topper. There was a bit of confusion as to "what's in the box" vs what we received. I reached out to the company and they took care of everything. They were very responsive to my e-mails. I would them well for their product & customer service.

The latex firm hybrid is very comfortable. It has just the right degree of firmness. However, it is very heavy and two people are needed to move it.

Customer service excellent and received a couple weeks after ordering. I called to check on order and was told they had to make it. It’s nice to know it’s fresh and hadn’t been sitting in a warehouse.
