All of my contact with FloBeds has been great, quick replies and very friendly. Helped me with some parts for a 23 year old wood slat frame.

I ordered a second layer of the Xtra long twin mattress and deeper cover that fits two layers. For adults I had an Xtra long twin bed with three layers and I had a single xtra long twin layer stored under the bed for a 9 yr grand. Now I can mix and match to my needs. When my two teen age grands stay over they can each have a two layer mattress. One sleeps on the bed and the other on the floor. And the floor one tucks neatly under the twin bed and out of the way when not needed.

We LOVE our new FloBed mattress and topper! Not only is it comfy and supportive, but the concept of being able to replace components of it as needed in the future, rather than the whole thing, is a brilliant concept and really puts it over the top for us! We had a 10 year old PranaSleep Wahe Talalay Latex mattress that literally disintegrated over a couple of months AND it was 3 months past its warranty period so we had to replace the WHOLE thing. (Note: We paid $10k for it back then). We were sleeping terribly on our old mattress and figured out when we slept better on vacation at an AirBnB that it was in fact our mattress that was the problem. We were agonizing over what to pick that wouldn’t break the bank, or our backs. , and that hopefully we wouldn’t have to replace any time soon. After doing copious amounts of online searching and using ChatGPT to help us we came across FloBeds. WOW!!! What a fantastic bit of luck that was for us. Your Goldilock Guarantee is equally brilliant, particularly for the purchase of something like this online that we hadn’t been able to “experience” in a showroom.
