After several emails with customer service, they agreed to remake the same blinds for me. When received. . they were perfect. Thank you for standing behind your product.

It's always a risk to order big ticket, custom items, on the internet sight unseen. I'm happy to report that I love my new blinds! I'm not sure they were true to color, but I opted not to purchase samples. I ended up liking the color I got more than the color I chose. If you're unsure, order the samples. The fit is perfect and the installation was standard. I didn't say easy only because it's a wide window and I had to compensate for a frame that wasn't level. It wasn't an issue with the blinds. In short, I would order again without hesitation.
