Arrived late due to a snafu in transit. Forgivable since the mattress is absolutely as comfortable as expected. Some new-mattress smell on opening, goes away in 48 hrs. Delivered in a rolled up package.

Bed arrived extremely quickly, faster than estimated date. Odour was bad for a week or so but that's pretty normal for these things. Easy to unpack for the 2 of us although heavier than expecting. Lovely firm mattress and finding it nice and comfy with no transference of movement from one side to the other, even if you try and bounce the other person out!

A comfortable supportive mattress from the very first night. This one has neat fabric handles on the underside which make it easier to move than the ones I purchased 3 years ago. It was delivered 6 days early by Yodel, which could have been inconvenient since Yodel gave barely an hour's notice. Liaison between Eve and Yodel could be improved.

We took a chance with this Mattress as you would normally want to try it before spending £1000. We relied on the glowing Which report being accurate. We are not dissapointed though, it is very comfortable, well made and actually quite attractive to look at. We like that the top surface is dead flat with no indented buttons. Time will tell though.

My pillow is the best one I’ve ever had. Highly recommended. Quality of sleep is much better. Delivery was very quick. Quality of product very good. Will buy next pillow definitely soon.
