The best mattress I've ever slept on! We both have back / hip problems, and at last have found a mattress which allows us a proper, restful night's sleep. Firm and supportive yet soft and cosy at the same time! Quick delivery, easy to roll out onto the bed, the infamous 'foam smell' was barely noticable and has now disappeared completely. Best thing we've spent our hard earned money on in a long while. Love it.

Really pleased with our new premium hybrid mattress. Delivery was easy and communication from the delivery team was excellent. We weren't ready for the mattress straight away as we were decorating the bedroom so the box was stored in the dining room for several weeks. It is big but we just treated it as a roundabout 😄 Unboxing the mattress was a job for two people, but we managed. I have to say unwrapping the mattress was a highlight of lockdown. It's completely flat once unrolled, but once you pop that inner layer, it starts to rise like magic. I was desperate to leap on immediately for a try, but managed to resist. We left it to do its thing for about 6 hours before making the bed up. It does have a bit of a chemically smell at first, but this quickly faded and I can't say it was unpleasant. It is such a comfortable mattress. Firm support and you feel like you're sleeping on it rather than sinking in which works for me. I do feel wobbles when my husband moves which I wasn't expecting, but I think this is because it's sprung as well as foam. So far, I'm really pleased with our purchase. It's a bit daunting buying a mattress online without trying it out first, but I felt reassured by the 100 night trial period. A final plus - the empty box made a great run for the gerbils!

Quality seems excellent. Happy with the duvet.

Love their linen sheets! Just came back for my second set and they were delivered incredibly quickly. Great quality and so soft after a year of washing, they just get better and better.
