Great product and service!

Have ordered numerous parts and filters from ESP over the years always pleased with quick arrival and availability of phone consult if I have a problem.

Customer service was absolutely fantastic and the products always arrive timely fashion and in good condition.

We recently bought a house with a Viqua system. It took me a while to locate the source of the beeping when it was time to replace the lamp. But the replacement arrived promptly and was easy to install. Viaqua's YouTube video is helpful.

A appx $100 replacement bulb arrived broken. I called ESP and left a message since it was after hours. To my utter (happy!) surprise, I got a notice the next day a new bulb was on it's way, no charge! No call, no argument, no pictures required (which I took), or anything else. Just "it arrived broken", and a new one is on it's way. A Very Happy (now) Longterm Customer!
