A appx $100 replacement bulb
A appx $100 replacement bulb arrived broken. I called ESP and left a message since it was after hours. To my utter (happy!) surprise, I got a notice the next day a new bulb was on it's way, no charge! No call, no argument, no pictures required (which I took), or anything else. Just "it arrived broken", and a new one is on it's way.
