This is the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned, my back pain has decreased significantly and I’m finally getting a good nights sleep. On top of that I had massive sewage flooding in my unit and as a result my original mattress was ruined, I ordered a new one but it got lost in a warehouse or something, so I called them to try and see what we could do. In the end this lovely man drove from Newcastle to Sydney to deliver my mattress in time for me to be able to sleep in my home. Couldn’t recommend more ❤️

While the mattress itself wasn’t for me, I have to commend the customer experience from Ergoflex. They are prompt at responding to queries, keep their word, and give exceptionally detailed instructions for the returns process, and it is quick and easy as the customer. I have bought from a few other box mattress companies while trying to find the right mattress for me, and the customer experience has been absolutely shocking - lies around return timeframes, refusals to book return couriers, false advertising. Not with Ergoflex. They have been professional and thorough at all times. Thank you Ergoflex! The customer experience has been second to none.

It arrived quickly. Easy to handle and well protected in its packaging. I woke up every morning with back pain. Now I wake up as though I’m in my 20’s again. So happy with this mattress.
