It was easy to buy, as the website was no problem to navigate, and I was kept up to date on delivery. It was well packaged.

This is our second king size ergoflex mattress. Our initial one lasted beyond the 10 year warranty period. We already knew these mattresses are high quality and great to sleep on. We are not disappointed with our second purchase and hope it lasts as well as the previous one.
