Really easy to order and pick my delivery date. I was amazed to see my new mattress in a box. Needed two people to get it upstairs, out of the box, and unrolled. After leaving it to its devises it soon looked like a proper mattress. The first night sleeping on it I thought it was quite hard but I think that was because my old mattress had lost its firmness. After suffering from a bad back, I realised it was due to my old mattress. I now wake up with no backache and the mattress is super comfy.
