Was more than satisfied. Professional, courteous personnel that I was referred to. All my Questions were answered immediately. The staff should be commended. My unit was sent out and received. . hopefully remodeling bath will be done by Feb 1 26 . Plumber will inspect toilet jan 5th ( Unfortunately in shipping there is a hole in the box where a forklifts fork punchered the shipping box. Due to being out of town for holidays box is unopened to see if any damages )
