After sleeping on the mattress for a week we found that the mattress was a bit too hard for our liking. We contacted Ecosa to discuss our options and they were so helpful to make it right for us. They gave us the options to try a complimentary mattress topper, swap it for the softer version or return for refund. We opted for the topper and found that did the trick. We could not be happier with the service from Ecosa
