Lovely teak and texture effect

Originally, I received the wrong item - a sawn slab of honed slate instead of a polished & chamfered one - then, in frustration and without thinking, I posted a poor review of the company . . . without first giving them the chance to put things right! And put things right they did - absolutely BRILLIANTLY! They immediately apologised saying it was human error - a picking error, which I fully understood, and then the next day their founder (Leo) personally drove 50 miles from their company to delivery the replacement. He couldn't have been more helpful. Overall, it turned out to be one of the best - if not the best - customer experiences I've had from a company, which was very much appreciated.
