Love the variety of blooms, the colours and amazing service. Flowers used to last slightly longer (2 weeks) but now don't seem to last as long (maybe 9-10 days)

The anticipation of the arrival of my Bloomon flowers gives me much pleasure, and once received they never disappoint. In each bouquet there are so many different flowers, fragrances and shapes. The sensation of joy is renewed each morning when I come downstairs and see them.

Love everything. 3 things to note though: - I haven't considered my last flower delivery in my ratings as I generally love your flowers. But my last delivery 2 weeks ago was a bit disappointing. They were pretty much all white, which was just quite boring! But you can't please everyone every week and I am sure some other people absolutely loved them. - I once got a free bunch because I recommended a friend. I was looking forward to using that freebie as a treat when I felt like an extra bunch. But you guys just deducted that free voucher from my account instead of taking the 25 pounds from my bank account. Firstly it doesn't seem to make business sense to me - wherever possibly surely you should deduct money. And second it meant I didn't get to use it like a treat! Hope this makes sense? Vicki
