Black Swallow

The bed frame arrived in 3 boxes. I panicked because i only received 2 boxes first and I wasn't sure where the third one was. I was going to lodge a dispute but i decided to email black swallow first to see whats happening. They provided me with the third tracking number so i could see that the third box was separated from the shipment and delayed. I ended up receiving it the next day. The bed was easy to put together and I had no other problems other than the 3 boxes not arriving at the same time

I needed help with one of the garden sheds because I wasn't sure if I could re-arrange the configuration to change which side it opens from. I wanted the door on the right side instead of the left. I spoke to Kayla who wasnt sure either but she helped me contact the manufacturer for the information. Unfortunately I wasn't able to change the setup of the shed, but kayla helped me pick a different shed that suited my needs. I appreciate the help

Bought a Giselle single size mattress for my sons bed.The price was cheap so I wasn't certain about the quality. When it arrived I was happy to discover that the mattress is very comfortable to sleep on. My son enjoys his new bed
