Received package in a timely manner via USPS. Product had no damage, and no missing pieces. Instructions are easy to follow and priming of the filters can feel overwhelming, but was probably the easiest task to do. Completely satisfied with my Big Berkey. Thank you!

Love the ease and convenience of Berkey black & fluoride filters. Used Big Berkey for 10 years. Just got bundle larger Imperial Berkey for 2 people, baking, cooking and dog. Water tastes so pure! Red dye test useful in determining the effectiveness. Saves $100 a month of bottled water. Well worth the investment in our health!!!
