I recently purchased 3 stools from Barstools. co. uk. I found the on line service straightforward and took delivery 3 days later. I did have an issue with one stool which had a small rip in the fabric but after contacting their customer services and sending a couple of pictures the item was replaced in 2 days. I can’t find fault with this company. Excellent throughout as well as 3 lovely barstools that are now a great addition to my kitchen. Happy and will use again.
