First order I paid for the express shipping and there were no issues. Second order, different situation. Standard shipping to the US was a problem (US fault), and the company shipped the item twice. Both times lost in transit. Not only did AZ flag try to make the situation right, they also refunded when delivery failed. Above and beyond customer service.
