From the very beginning, Andrea was so welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating. She patiently walked the showroom floor with me explaining the different wood types, array of color choices and how they looked for each wood, table and chair options, etc. It was helpful to sit in each chair and feel the comfort. I chose and Amish dining set for the pure quality and style as well as true craftsmanship. Wait wasn't long, communication was good throughout process and now that it's here, I absolutely LOVE set I chose! Highly recommend Amish Tables.

Ordering was easy and the assistance provided in answering questions/making recommendations was very helpful and appreciated. The order was delayed slightly but after a brief and understandable rationale, the shipping was spot on. All pieces arrived and were carried into the house without damage. Service was great from helping with questions in the ordering, weekly updates and excellent care with delivery! We are very happy with the final products!

There are so many "Amish" table websites out there that it was hard to decide who to purchase from. But we are happy with our purchase. The customer service was very good. I highly recommend you shoot them an email to talk about what you really want. They were able to send me a lot of samples to choose from. We requested mix and matching the table top and bottom from different tables, and we even got a stain color that wasn't listed on the website. (They had it in their show room). The table came in right about the time they said it would. The delivery man was able to safely leave it in our garage for us. The only thing is that they could have left instructions for how to put it together or a little pamphlet about how to care for the table. I think I got an email about it, but it's lost in the depths of my email. The stain is a little darker than I thought it would be but I still like it.
