From the very beginning, Andrea was so welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating. She patiently walked the showroom floor with me explaining the different wood types, array of color choices and how they looked for each wood, table and chair options, etc. It was helpful to sit in each chair and feel the comfort. I chose and Amish dining set for the pure quality and style as well as true craftsmanship. The order was delayed slightly but after a brief and understandable rationale, the shipping was spot on. All pieces arrived and were carried into the house without damage.
