Aside from the obvious (the hood is GORGEOUS), the customer service is amazing; the staff are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. The shipment arrived very well packaged and protected. Designing the hood was easy with their visual and user-friendly website. I also ordered samples of colors, which are such a big help for designers. I would definitely work with CopperSmith again!
