The rep was quick to respond and kept me informed of the status continually until we found a solution to the problem. We were impressed and appreciative of the care.

The items arrived in excellent condition and our warehouse manager said he's never seen such good crates for products before. The items were in perfect condition when the customer inspected them. They are in the process now of installing them in their new kitchen.

I opened my crate with the beautiful shiny penny copper hood and felt like I had died and go e to heaven! So pretty and don’t even want to use it! Oh but wait I need to cook! Can’t wait to do that either!

Everything has been seamless and the hood looks fantastic however we have not completed our renovation. Once we install I will comment further.
