Everything arrived on time and well packaged. Customer service answered my question when I called worried about whether my choice of mattress topper might be too firm. I opened it and it expanded and it worked out great. Pretty heavy which actually helps to keep it from moving about too much imo. I haven't felt the need to use the straps attached yet but they are there if I want to.

Turned my hard rock of a mattress that was marketed as “medium-soft” into a literal cloud. Only downside is that it takes longer for me to wake up in the morning because it’s too comfortable. I got the 4 inch one because my partner is a bit heavier but I think the 3 inch could do the same.
