Ordered a 3” hybrid lux mattress topper which was described as memory foam with a plush pillow top cover. It’s actually only 2” memory foam. Was told by customer service the fabric cover will expand to 1. 5” when washed. That’s nice, but still only 2” foam. Considered returning and ordering the 4” topper ( which would give me the 3” of foam I thought I was getting to begin with), however there is no possible chance I could get it all back in the box. The product is comfortable so will make do.
