Great experience. The pillow arrived a week after ordering. It took me about a week to dial in the correct height for me, as a side sleeper. I started out using all pads and found my sweet spot with one pad. The pillow perfectly cradles my head while also providing neck support. Big improvement in reducing neck pain compared to my old pillow.
