The Kloud is a great standing desk. I am a small woman, not strong at all, and I can lift the desk even though there is a lot of weight on it with a dual monitor and laptop setup. The biggest trouble we're had was with shipping, as the unit weights a lot and the frame was bent on arrival, so we needed a replacement. Rob handled everything and we got what we needed with no trouble. I would suggest improving the packing method, as the second desk we received also had damage, but it was only the hydraulic cover plate, which we were able to bend back with a rubber mallet. The shipping had again destroyed the foam blocks that are supposed to secure the legs in place, and they were moving freely in the box. Nonetheless, we are extremely pleased with both the desk and Rob going out of his way to help us.

I am super happy with my beautiful mocha beech tabletop/black legs combo! I had some trouble during assembly (an extra bag of wood screws came with my desk, and I started using them where they didn't belong--yikes!). After standing at two different make-shift desks for several years, I am very happy to finally be standing at my very own Klöud.

I have never been so impressed with the top-notch quality of a product I have purchased online. So much so, that I placed two more orders. These desks are not to be compared with the marginal product you will find at large online retailers; it's not even close.
