I love my new knife! It is such a joy to use and has really improved my cooking game. I bought it in store, so I can’t comment on shipping, but it came perfectly sharp! A super light knife and has an easy to grip handle. For the price point it’s very high quality and looks quite nice. Pending what you use it for, it’s holding up sharpness quite well. I use linseed oil on the handle to try to keep it in its best shape. It’s great for busy-cooking as it doesn’t need to be wiped dry after each use. As a beginner knife I totally would recommend!

This is a definite must see place if you are in Prince Edward Island. We received the items within a week of returning home from our trip and perfect condition.
