So far I am very happy, I got my pool ordered and installed in September, the end of the season. The product seems good quality. When I called for assistance, I got a real person, and they were knowledgeable. The delivery was quick easy on time. Do your research on the photos with the style and colors, that can throw you off. Try to use clients reviews labeled properly. I had a small issue with the freight company (un related to pool factory), but after speaking with pool factory they were 100% on my side and gave me the support I needed. When closing the pool we had a small tear in the pillow, I had a new one in 2 days, easiest process. I would 100% recommend them, I have already given out their website to multiple people. Prices are reasonable and I feel confident about my purchase. I am also impressed with the customer service, it's rare these days.

It seems to be good quality, very heavy duty.

Shipping was excellent arrived early and shipper had an electric forklift and placed it on the side of my house right where I needed it to install later

Everything worked as described. A large pool like this is a little tricky to self install. but worth every penney.
