When I ordered my 18x33 saltwater 8000 pool, it arrived within a week. The folks at The Pool Factory, walked me through everything I needed and explained all the options such as, pumps, filters, liner options, etc. , for my specific pool. During setup I reached out to tech support several times with questions and they were eager to explain and answer any and all my concerns. The pool turned out fantastic ! Shipping took less than a week. We had five people to set up the pool and it took about 6 hours to put everything together and about a day in a half to fill the pool. Would definitely recommend ordering from them again.
