I really love this thing! I hesitated for over a year about buying it because of the cost, but pulled the trigger last September; I haven’t been disappointed! My caffeine consumption has increased, but not to anything unmanageable. Most mornings are filled with an americano or espresso. You can use the default settings, or dial in the grind setting (more fine or course), as well as how much water to use, temperature of the water, amount of coffee ground, how much water to add (for an americano) or shot time (for espresso). Aka, you can really geek out on this if that’s your thing, or you can use the defaults and just enjoy the simplicity of the machine. The fresh ground beans was the biggest appeal to me, especially since it’s automatic. All that said, it’s fairly simple to use, add water, add coffee beans, clean grounds out routinely, refill water. The few questions or issues I’ve had, TK’s customer service was able to answer and resolve super fast.

Truly love this coffee machine: easy to handle, and maintain and makes perfect coffee! We’ve tried a few different beans and this coffee machine produces a perfect cup every single time. I did have a few questions once we got our machine and have nothing but the best things to say about their customer service. They’ve been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me, which made for an all-around perfect experience. Highly recommend this coffee machine ❤️

Excellent machine and customer service. This was my first fully automatic, so I had hiccups getting started. Customer service helped me immediately, and everything has been amazing since. The coffee quality/taste is better than any other machine I've tried (and I've tried A TON of them). The flavor is great, milk foam is great. I am also OBSESSED with the automatic cleaning functions, especially for the milk line. Ease of use out of the box is great, even though I had a few "duh" moments. Customer service has a lot of great instructional videos. CANNOT BEAT the taste of the coffees this makes. Pre-ground as well.
