TK-02

My wife and I pre ordered our machine a while back and were thrilled to finally receive it earlier this year. We used it multiple times a day and were immediately in love with the quality and convenience of the machine. After an update to the machine, we started receiving several errors when trying to brew certain milk based drinks. We contacted customer support, and described our issues. The customer support team was super helpful with explaining how to troubleshoot the errors we were seeing, but unfortunately we could not resolve. Usually, this is where larger companies might give up and abandon further support, but not Terra Kaffe! Instead of leaving us hanging, they allowed us to send back our machine and they sent us a brand new TK-02. Since we received our new machine, everything has been running smoothly, and we recommend it to all of our friends!

Makes simply amazing espresso beverages. Sure, there are a few minor kinks to work out (speed to start up, the need to rinse on boot up and shut down, drinks sometimes showing up on app but not on display). The reality though is that once you get past those things, the quality of the beverages is better than Jura at twice the cost and blows Nespresso out of the water. I love this machine, every morning the house smells like a coffee shop and the drinks are better.

If you want an easy to use, clean and completely customizable espresso machine. Look no further. We are delighted with our machine. It can do drip and specialty espresso based drinks.
